Hayley Flanagan

Senior Teacher/Centre Manager

I graduated in 2004 with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and since then, I have gained extensive experience in various Early Childhood Education environments, both locally and internationally. Over the years, I have held several roles, including Head Teacher, Assistant Centre Manager, and, for the past 16 years, Senior Management.

I have a deep passion for Early Childhood Education and am committed to providing high-quality early learning environments for all the children in our care. My teaching philosophy centres around the belief that children learn best through play, and my approach aligns strongly with the Emilia Reggio philosophy.

With a solid foundation in management, I stay current with regulations and best practices to ensure that I provide effective leadership within the sector.

Building strong relationships with families is a key aspect of my role, and I look forward to working alongside you to support and nurture these partnerships.

Outside of Moa, I prioritize maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy traveling, staying connected with friends and family, and love watching anything related to sports.
